African elephants are endangered, largely due to poaching and conflict with humans. The African forest elephant, a smaller cousin of the African savanna elephant, reproduces more slowly and is critically endangered. A portion of all our proceeds at Jungaloo is donated to the World Wildlife Fund to assist conservation efforts for the majestic African elephant and other endangered species.
